Many dads say that Yoee Baby allows them to participate more naturally in those vital early developmental interactions—Dads naturally begin the practice of eye tracking (no idea why, but we see it when we hand them a Yoee Baby). We’re not saying Yoee Baby is the only way for dads to bond and connect and play. That would be silly. It’s just another tool in the toolbox—but it's a particularly good one.

Half the Yoee Baby team are dads, so we know some fatherly things. We put an illustration of a Dad and baby on our packaging for a reason. But, guys do have a harder time connecting in those early days, weeks and months. They don’t have the same facilities as a mom. They haven't been physically connected for 9 months, they probably didn't do as much baby sitting growing up and many just aren’t as comfortable around tiny infants—But, they still want those early connections.

Dads want desperately for new baby to stare in their eyes longingly—and then ride a bike on day 5. But, mostly fathers do great. They are gentle and loving. HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR YOEE BABY

Your Yoee Baby is machine washable, but please don’t use a heated setting on the wash or dry cycle. The best way to clean your Yoee is to put it in a zippered pillowcase or lingerie bag and wash it on a COOL DELICATE CYCLE and dry on a NO HEAT SETTING. Wash it like any expensive delicate thing, and dry it on a no-heat setting. It will come out looking bright and fluffy, like it just came from the interactive, developmental play together baby toy salon.

What are Yoee Baby dimensions and weight?

Yoee Baby’s are lightweight, easy to pick up and fit conveniently in a diaper bag or purse. Each Yoee Baby weighs about 2.5 ounces is about 12” tall. The handle of a Yoee was designed to fit both big hands and small.

When we started this project, we hoped to manufacture in the U.S. We worked tirelessly to find a factory that had access to skilled labor, the right supply chain and the infrastructure to make a high quality, yet affordable, plush product. We couldn’t find a resource that fit the bill so we turned to the experts overseas. Yoee Baby is manufactured in China by a factory that has a long history of making premium, plush baby toys. We chose them based on their high quality work and dedication to making great toys. Our dream is to build a factory of our own and manufacture in our home state of Colorado.
